1. Acceptance of Terms

Because our services involve decentralized protocols, your interaction with the blockchain is also subject to the underlying network’s rules.

2. Eligibility and Use

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • Compliance: You represent that you are not on any trade embargo or economic sanctions lists (such as the OFAC Sanctions List).
  • Non-Custodial Nature: You acknowledge that https://finrearchersol.qzz.io/ is a non-custodial interface. We do not have access to your private keys, nor can we recover your funds if you lose access to your wallet.

3. Blockchain Transactions and Fees

  • Gas Fees: Every transaction on the blockchain requires a “Gas Fee.” You are solely responsible for paying these fees. We do not receive these fees and cannot refund them.
  • Immutability: Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Once you click “Confirm” in your wallet, the action cannot be undone by us.
  • Smart Contracts: Our platform may interact with automated smart contracts. You use these at your own risk.

4. Risk Disclosure (The “Web3” Clause)

The use of blockchain technology involves significant risks, including but not limited to:

  • Volatility: The value of digital assets can fluctuate wildly and may drop to zero.
  • Technology Risks: Potential for smart contract bugs, hacks, or “exploits.”
  • Regulatory Risks: Changes in law may impact your ability to use or trade certain assets.
  • Loss of Access: If you lose your seed phrase or private key, you lose your assets forever.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Money laundering or terrorism financing.
  • Market manipulation (e.g., wash trading, “pump and dumps”).
  • Circumventing geographic restrictions (VPN use for restricted jurisdictions).
  • Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: All logos, text, and code (excluding open-source components) are owned by finrearchersol.qzz.io.
  • User Content/NFTs: Unless otherwise stated, owning an NFT minted via our platform grants you a license to the underlying art for personal use, but does not necessarily transfer commercial copyrights unless explicitly detailed in the NFT’s metadata.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We expressly disclaim all warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be bug-free or interrupt-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, finrearchersol.qzz.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising from your use of the platform or blockchain interaction.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
